4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate content.

• New users receive 100 free credits upon registration
• Additional credits can be purchased or obtained through subscriptions
• Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

4.1 Refund Policy

All purchases of credits and subscriptions are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate availability of credits upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for:

• Credits that have been used for content generation
• Subscription fees after credits have been granted
• Partial subscription periods

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using purchased credits, please contact us at support@aesty.ai and we will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate credit compensation at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that depicts real individuals without their consent
• Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service for spam or fraudulent purposes

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the following:

• You grant Aesty Labs a license to process and store your content
• Generated content may be subject to the terms of underlying AI model providers
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content is lawful

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by the Service is created by AI models and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose. Aesty Labs does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability
